Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For community-college staff planning a new workforce program or reshaping an existing one. Set out learner groups, program goals, training components, and possible employer or community partners. Use labor-market information you paste in to identify program-design questions and gaps. Leave with a concept brief, planning outline, or assessment measures and data needs for your team to review.

What it writes

  • Workforce program concept brief
  • Training and partnership planning outline
  • Program assessment measures and data list

How to use it

Name the learner group, target jobs, program length, and available instructors or equipment in your first message. Paste any employer or labor-market findings you want the plan to use.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Program goals and intended learner group
  • College resources, constraints, and possible partners
  • Labor-market notes or existing program plans
  • A community-college program idea or goal

A good fit for

  • Building a healthcare training program for adult learners changing careers
  • Connecting local employer needs to a college's certificate program
  • Choosing measures for a grant-funded workforce training program

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

We want to train 25 adult learners for entry-level medical assistant jobs. Outline a one-year community-college program with evening classes and clinical placements.

Our college's manufacturing certificate has low enrollment. Here are notes from three local employers: they need CNC operators and basic blueprint skills. What program changes should we consider?

Create an assessment plan for our six-month IT support program. Our goals are 80% course completion and job placement, and we can track attendance, credentials, and employment at 90 days.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Current labor-market research without source information
  • Final funding, accreditation, or approval decisions
  • Cannot check current job postings or local employer demand
  • Cannot determine accreditation or grant eligibility
